Yolanda's leadership and mentoring style is exemplary. She has the remarkable ability to lead with vision, mentor with compassion, and inspire others for positive change. Her influence is the driving force behind the success and growth of myself- professionally as well as personally, and her teams. I know many others that would attest to the same about her. 

I had the opportunity to work under Yolanda Horton-Evans leadership. During this time I learned how to become a more effective leader from emulating her leadership style. Yolanda displayed some of the core values of a leader. She inspired others, she celebrated our success, communicated effectively, held her team accountable while still displaying an empathetic mindset and shared her vision as to what her goal was for her region. It was truly an honor and pleasure being a Store Manager under her leadership.

I met Yolanda when we were both just beginning our climb up the corporate ladder.  She was one level above me, and immediately took me under her wing.  Her mentorship was invaluable as I promoted and had to navigate new challenges in my career. Any time of day or night, she was available for advice, a pep talk, or maybe just a listening ear.  Her honesty and candor got me through my darkest days, and I'm happy to say that our relationship has stood the tests of both time and distance
